SAP Business One offers shortcut keys for the windows you use frequently. By pressing F2, F3, F4, and the like, you can instantly call up a given window. The F1 function will always take you to the contextual help menu.

To learn about the existing shortcuts, click on the Tools menu, My Shortcuts, Shortcut and the shortcut list will appear.

You can customize this list by clicking on the Customize option in the same menu: Tools, User keyboard shortcut, Customize. The configuration tool will automatically open.

Some details when using the configurator:

1. Select the shortcut key you wish to use.
2. Select the module containing the window for which you wish to add a keyboard shortcut.
3. Select the window for which you wish to add a keyboard shortcut.
4. Press Assign and OK.
