Sage 300 ERP

How to manage overdue client balances

Sage 300 ERP makes it possible to manage overdue client balances in a highly customized manner. Each record can have its own individual settings. Each client is processed individually by the system according to the client's credit limit, balance pending, and the number of days overdue.

To configure client records, go to the Processing page of the client record.

For users of the Order Entry module, configuration of the module allows you to take in-progress orders, pending orders, and all other in-progress operations into account when calculating overdue balances.

Once configuration has been completed, the user will be automatically alerted when orders are processed. The user will be able to easily check the status of overdue balances.
