To facilitate viewing the results of a search, increase the size of the grids in Sage CRM. This simple step can save you lots of time and lots of clicks!

By default, Sage CRM establishes the grid size at 10 lines per grid.

Grids are the lists that are displayed when you do a search.

Here is a list showing the results of a company search. It is the standard 10-row grid size. Notice that in order to see all 1320 companies listed in the CRM, you would have to navigate through 132 pages.

By making a simple change in the Preferences tab of the My CRM menu, you can change the grid from 10 to 15, 20, or even 25 rows.

Once this change has been saved, the same company search produces the same 1320 records, but this time the results take up only 53 pages.

This change applies to all the grids in the CRM. This means a lot of saved clicks!
